NB.

All comments are closed off.I did open them up to satisfy someone, but unfortunately, it backfired on me. As expected, I did get personal verbal abuse. So,that's the end for that. People are really nasty nowadays.,but it's not going to stop me posting what I love here. If you don't like what I post, then kindly GFY.

Pretty Bank Robbery Hostages update.

Image
I asked the artist for this update, and he very kindly agreed.

Excellent Victory Today.

Newcastle cruised past Ipswich today, beating them with a comfortable 3-0 win,and are now third in the Premier League. The win's great, as it was to see Eddie Howe back after his health scare. My only minor gripe was not seeing Newcastle score more goals in the match.Had they done so, the goal difference would have been priceless to stay in the top positions.  Still, a win's a win,and European football looks more and more promising.

Dr Who:The Toymaker.

Image
The old story of The Celestial Toyroom in the classic Dr Who,did take a while to grow on me.It became one of my favourite stories, with the Doctor, Steven and Dodo landing into the Toymaker's domain. There, they must play a series of games against him, that are crucial for their survival and escape. I was mildly disappointed the actress:the late Jackie Lane who played Dodo, didn't get to perform a bound and gagged scene.Nothing happened like that to Catherine Tate, who plays Donna Noble here. Very, very disappointed in that regard.

Newcastle 4 man u 1

Image
Nothing pleases me more, than seeing this arrogant, obnoxious and bullying 'club ' get stuffed.  No Fergie time here to help them win. Although they don't have the side they used to have, they still try to follow the same battle plan. So,it's always a great pleasure to see them get well and truly stuffed. The only thing that spoilt it a little, was seeing them score. They didn't deserve to score, but Newcastle fully deserved this brilliant win.  Palace tonight. I'm praying they're not going to slip up against this lot.

Very Nice,although...

These two pictures are from an artist called:Silkyblousebondage, of whom I found on the Deviant Art website.  In the first picture, I like all the girls with their nice, tight gags, although I was utterly frustrated by seeing the girls hands tied in front. 0 marks for that. However, it's still a nice picture, and I like the girls attire. The bottom picture is somewhat better. I think this is AI art.Not really a fan of it,but sometimes, you do get some nice surprises.

Not good.

I'm not in the best of mental health, as I was quite recently physically assaulted by a nasty thug at work.In nearly 40 years I've been there,I've been physically assaulted 3 times, and I didn't do anything to them.It also despairs me knowing I still have to be in the company, of some really nasty, horrible and obnoxious people. They talk to you in the hope you might say something about someone else, and before you know it, you're confronted by that person. They make you feel as if you've committed a heinous sin. What a bunch of scumbags. I really learnt what some people's true colours are in that horrible place. I'm pleased I'm approaching a certain age,and praying for an offer to go.Not everyone are bad guys of course, but I've had quite enough.  Rant over.

My 100th Post!

Image
As it's my 100th post,I decided to see if I could share one of my favourite moments from the classic sci-fi miniseries:V from 1984. Two of my favourite female characters in the show were Diana and LydiaBoth play the bad guys as ruthless lizard humanoids, who are determined to steal the Earth's water supply for their own planet.Diana is one of the main bad guys, as she's utterly ruthless and quite a nasty piece of work. She inflicts so much suffering on the humans she thinks that she's fooled. They're known as the Visitors, and later on in the show,it's revealed Diana won favour from her leader to trick Mankind into helping them.Diana is played by Jane Badler, who later said she was never offered that good a role ever again in her acting career. I think Jane also admitted that she didn't really like the show later on,and that totally surprised me. Lydia comes into the show later, played June Chadwick. She's a bad guy at first, but as she's always in con...

My Favourite Sniper Books.

Image
I personally don't own many sniper book memoirs, but here's the ones I've read and really enjoyed. Sniper One,by Sgt Dan Mills.  I would say this was the very first book I read about British Army snipers in action. Sgt Dan Mills wrote a brilliant memoir, fighting a real tough battle against a vicious enemy in Iraq. There are plenty of interesting characters that fight with Dan in his sniper platoon, and some great laughs too.Although of course:Not everyone would survive the battle. Even so, Dan and his team of snipers prevail, and win the day.It really is a timeless read, and I'm glad I've got it. +++ A Sniper's Conflict,by Monty B. Another brilliant book, which is also one of the best descriptions in battle with the author taking on the enemy in Afghanistan and Iraq. Although it says he was an elite sharpshooter, I got the impression the author was a highly skilled sniper. The battle scenes he descibes are very tense,as he waits to eliminate a cunning enemy. I rea...

New Books.

Image
I'm still going to feature my favourite books here, but I also thought I would post upcoming books I'm quite interested in.   Going back to my interest in military history, I'm sometimes fascinated by the role of sniping. This book will be published at the end of next month, and I'm really looking forward to buying and reading it.It tells the story of the late Harry Furness, who was the best performing British Army sniper in WW2. Harry just recently passed on in 2022,and he admitted he used up all his luck in the war.I've read just a little about Harry's exploits in the war, and it's really fascinated me. I can't wait to get this book as there's not really much about on British snipers during the war.Indeed, there's hardly anything at all, only snippets I've read in other books.I'm pretty sure Harry was the last surviving British Army sniper living when he was interviewed for the book. Still,I can't wait to read it,as I've been dream...

Dr Who:Utter PC/Woke Garbage.

Image
Well,I haven't watched the new series of Dr Who for quite a long time now.The writing I find,is so PC/Woke themed, that it just destroyed of what I used to like in the classic series. In the classic show, you'd watch the Doctor and his companions land somewhere dangerous in the TARDIS the pretty female companion gets kidnapped by the bad guys (good guys too at times-and she would be bound and gagged. The Doctor would always rescue her, and they'd go on to defeat the bad guys.Great stuff although there were a few disappointments. Some of the actresses would refuse to perform bound and gagged scenes, completely spoiling it for a lot of us.There were plenty of missed opportunities all thanks to some idiot girl power crap +++ In the new show,I couldn't recall a single scene. Yes,I think there was always a scene where the female companion is in danger but the new writers totally destroyed the soul of the old show.It would have been awesome to see the likes of Donna,Rose and p...

Pretty Hostage in Bank Robbery Getaway.

Done for me by Miles Hendon. It's a huge favourite.

Old Commissions.

I've asked quite a few artists to draw me my ideas, but sometimes, I do forget their names after contact is lost. Even so,I still enjoyed what they did for me.

Still Nothing from Jeb.

Sadly, still no update from Jeb on his excellent story site. That's a great pity. He must still be very busy to return. Here's his link;www.jebsadventurebound.net/files//New.html Hope it works.I really enjoyed a lot of his stories there, and he was kind enough to post one of my ideas too.Thank you Jeb.

I like this artist I found on the Deviant Art website. Some of his pictures are really good.  Others, perhaps not as much, but one of these is a freebie, but sadly, despite my polite requests for another picture, he doesn't give that impression.  Even so,I'll keep posting my favourites here.

Quick Update.

Image
Very pleased to get my original Tablet working, and I was able to get back onto Anubis' Page, and be greeted by Anubis and Harty. It's been a long time coming. Still totally baffled why the SMF forum wouldn't let me register a new account with my new Tablet. Even so,it was great to get back on it. +++ Newcastle's League Cup Triumph.  Well, after 70 long years, Newcastle finally won a major trophy, winning the League Cup last month beating Liverpool 2-1. I was utterly elated, especially beating them. That current side holds no respect for me,as they're a bunch of cheating scumbags. Totally unlike the Liverpool side of the 70's and 80's when they dominated Europe. It was immensely satisfying to deny them, and of course, the anti-Newcastle brigade have been out as usual, saying it's only a Micky Mouse trophy, but stuff them.We fully deserved that win,and we have European football to look forward to next season. I'll never forget Dan Burn's opening heade...
